Zenhavia primarily uses PayPal to process payments safely. Through PayPal, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
In selected markets, we may also offer Cash on Delivery through local fulfillment partners.


WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

All transactions on Zenhavia are processed in USD. If your card uses another currency, your bank will automatically apply the current conversion rate.


DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS?

Yes! We offer 3-installment payments. You can select this option during checkout.


HOW CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you notice an issue after receiving your order confirmation email, contact our Support Center immediately.

  • Changes are possible before the order is shipped.

  • Once your package has shipped, we are unable to modify it.


WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email:

  • Check that your email address was entered correctly.

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Log into your account to view your order status.
