Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zenhavia! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, you may return your items. Please read the details below for our return and refund process.


RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The products must be in the same condition as received—unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.


RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact our Support Center to obtain a Return Address.

  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including your proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the item to the provided address.

  • In some cases, return shipping is free.

  • If the return is not due to a Zenhavia error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 30 days from receipt of your item for processing.

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or payment statement, depending on your provider.

  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., supplements)

  • Intimate apparel

  • Gift cards

  • Customized items

  • Digital products

For defective or damaged products, contact us immediately at our Support Center to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a Zenhavia error (damaged or incorrect item), the customer is not responsible for shipping fees.
